We were reading the story of Abraham and Issac in the Old Testament. We learned about Abram's name being turned to Abraham, and Matt asked if the kids remembered what the Lord changed Jacob's name to.
Nathan said, "Jake?"

Stare Down
I used to have staring contests with my sisters. I was pretty good at it until I got contact lenses.
The other day, the boys were playing Disney Scene It, and they ended up having to use a tie-breaker. The instructions said to have a "Stare Down" and the first one who blinks loses.
Matt walked into the room to find both boys walking in circles, eyes wide, looking down at the floor.
